In RMH Multiple-Family Residential District, no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected except for one or more of the following specified uses, unless otherwise provided in this Zoning Code:
(a) Multiple-family dwelling units.
(b) Business uses, when developed as retail or service uses clearly accessory to the main use, within the walls of the main structure and obscured from view so as not to encourage patronage from beyond the RMH develop-ment, and having no advertising signs visible from outside the building.
(c) Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to any of the above-permitted uses.
