The following uses may be permitted within the RML Multiple-Family District, subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in Chapter 1293:
(a) Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to any of the above uses, subject to conditions in 1293.01(a)(1).
(b) Commercial television and radio broadcasting towers and cellular telephone antennae, subject to conditions in 1293.01(a)(71).
