1252.04 DUTIES OF PLANNING COMMISSION.

The Clinton Township Planning Commission, as established under the Planning Enabling Act 33 of 2008, as amended, shall perform all of the duties of such Commission as provided by law, including amendments to this Zoning Code and such other duties as may be established under this Code.
