An application shall be submitted in a full and complete manner upon application documents provided by the Township Clerk. Such application, at minimum, shall set forth the name(s) and address(es) of the applicant(s), and if it is an entity, such as a corporation or limited liability company, the names and address(es) of owner(s) of the company and person(s) responsible for management activity, as well as the address where the business is to be operated and a principal address for such business. The name and location of previous businesses engaged in by the applicant(s) for the preceding ten years shall be provided. The proposed hours of doing business and other information deemed necessary for proper enforcement shall be furnished as directed by the Township Clerk.
