276.44 FAILURE OF PROJECT CITIZENS DISTRICT COUNCIL TO CONSULT OR ADVISE.

Failure of a project citizens district council to organize or to consult with and be advised by the Corporation and the local public agency, or failure to advise the local public agency or the Township Board of Trustees, as provided herein, shall not preclude the adoption of a project plan by the Township of the Township complies with the other provisions of this chapter.
