9-5-6: ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS:
The police department is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter. In addition, the city manager may also delegate enforcement responsibility for this chapter to agencies and departments of city government. (Ord. 935E, 5-28-2015)
