§ 51.020 CONFORMANCE WITH SUBCHAPTER REQUIRED.
   Except as provided in this subchapter, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
