§ 35.05 RAINY DAY FUND.

(A) The Rainy Day Fund is hereby established for the purpose of providing the city with funds to use for special projects or to meet budgetary shortfalls.

(B) The Rainy Day Fund shall be funded by the city’s distributive share of the 2004 special distribution from the state of EDIT tax funds.
