(A) No person shall operate, conduct, manage or permit a yard sale or garage sale upon his/her premises or other property under his/her or its control more often than three per calendar year, and said sale shall not be conducted for a period of time more than three consecutive days. Provided, however, that four day sales are permitted if sale is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday is a holiday.
(B) No yard sale or garage sale shall be conducted in any matter that impedes the free flow of traffic or pedestrians on any public right-of-way.
(C) At the end of any sale period, all sale items, signage and display paraphernalia must be removed from public view.
