§ 33.01 FEE FOR FIRE RUNS.
   (A)   A $100 fee shall be sent to the insurance company after a property owner files a $500 or more claim with his or her insurance company therefore, eliminating grass, trash or fire of minor damages.
   (B)   The insurance company will be billed directly, not the private citizens, since most insurance companies have a $250 coverage clause in their policy.
   (C)   The Clerk-Treasurer will bill the insurance company after he or she receives the report from the Fire Department of the fire location and the property owner; and after the Clerk-Treasurer has verification that a claim of $500 or more was filed with the insurance company, the Clerk-Treasurer will bill the insurance company, not the property owner.
   (D)   The fees collected will be placed in the fire budget for fuel and truck mechanics.
