§ 95.30 FERAL CATS.

(A) It shall be a violation of this section to release any feral cat from a cat trap without authorization from the Vermillion County Humane Society or the city. This section shall also not apply if the cat is being released for medical reasons.

(B) Any individual violating this section shall be subject to a fine of $25.
