Indiana Code 36-7-9-1 et seq. is hereby adopted by reference as the City of Clinton Unsafe Building Law. All proceedings within the city for inspection, repair and removal of unsafe buildings shall be governed by said statutes and the provisions of this chapter. In the event the provisions of any ordinance conflict with the provisions I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq., then the provisions of the state statute shall control.
