§ 130.04 TRESPASSING.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this section to for any person or corporation to enter into or upon any real property or building of another without the consent of the owner or person in possession thereof or to remain on the property or in a building of another without the consent of the owner or person in possession thereof provided such person or corporation had:
      (1)   Notice that entryway forbidden; or
      (2)   Received notice to depart but failed to do so.
   (B)   For the purposes of this section:
      (1)   ENTRY. The intrusion of any body part of the individual or corporation.
      (2)   NOTICE means:
         (a)   Oral or written communication by the owner or person in possession or someone with apparent authority to act for the owner or person in possession;
         (b)   Fencing or other enclosure designed to exclude intruders; or
         (c)   Signs posted to be reasonable likely to come to the attention of intruders.
