§ 96.12 SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS.
   If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall be determined to be invalid, the remainder of the section and the application of its provision to other persons not similarly situated or to other circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
