§ 31.17 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS; TERMS.
   In accordance with I.C. 36-10-3-5, the members of the Board of Parks and Recreation shall be appointed by the Mayor with the members initially appointed for one-, two-, three- and four-year terms. Thereafter, as a term expires, each new appointment shall be for a four-year term.
