(A) Such City Parks and Recreation Department shall be composed of a Board of Parks and Recreation, a Superintendent and such other personnel as the Board may determine, as set forth in I.C. 36-10-3-3.
(B) The Board of Parks and Recreation shall be composed of four members, not more than two of which shall be of the same political party, as set forth in I.C. 36-10-3-4.
