§ 31.04 ADHERENCE TO STATUTES.
   The Department of Economic Development and the Economic Development Commission shall be organized; the members nominated, appointed and qualified; and such Department and Commission shall perform duties and exercise powers, all as set forth in I.C. 36-7-12-1 et seq.
