§ 31.02 DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHED.
   A Department of Economic Development is hereby created pursuant to I.C. 36-7-12-1 et seq. as a department of the city. The Department of Economic Development shall be under the control of a commission hereby created pursuant to I.C. 36-7-12-4, which commission shall be known as the City Economic Development Commission.
