§ 36.25 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE.

(A) The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) has established a Grievance Procedure to assist anyone with wishes to file a compliant alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of service, activities, programs or benefits.

(B) A Grievance Procedure and Notice has been created for the city. A copy of the procedure is attached to Resolution 2014-2, passed February 21, 2014 as Exhibit A and made a part hereof.
