§ 30.085 POLICE PENSION BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
   There shall be a Police Pension Board of Trustees to perform certain duties prescribed by I.C. 36-8-6, 1925 Fund and I.C. 36-8-8, 1977 Fund concerning the statutory pensions of city police.
