§ 30.055 CLERK-TREASURER AS FISCAL OFFICER.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is the fiscal officer of the city and the head of the fiscal branch. He or she shall perform the duties assigned by I.C. 36-4-10, and such other duties as the Common Council may, by ordinance, require.
