(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-4-11-4, the position of Deputy Clerk-Treasurer is hereby established and authorized.
(B) The Deputy Clerk-Treasurer shall serve at the pleasure of the Clerk-Treasurer.
(C) The Deputy Clerk-Treasurer shall be bonded and shall perform those duties assigned by the Clerk-Treasurer.
(D) The Deputy Clerk-Treasurer’s compensation shall be as set by the Council from time to time, with said salary (and benefits) being divided equally between the Clerk-Treasurer’s budget, the water utility and the sewer utility, subject to appropriations and approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
