§ 113.13 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH TERMS.
   In the event the applicant fails to comply with the terms of this chapter and furnish satisfactory proof thereof to the Clerk-Treasurer within 60 days after the adoption of the resolution of public convenience and necessity by the Common Council, such resolution of public convenience and necessity shall be void and of no further force and effect. The Clerk-Treasurer may not issue such license unless satisfactory proof of compliance with the provisions of this chapter is submitted to him or her within 60 days of such resolution of public convenience and necessity. The necessity of a taxicab’s being reinspected and the results thereof certified with the Clerk-Treasurer because of its failure to pass the initial inspection of the Chief of Police shall not operate to extend such 60-day period.
