§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   Any persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a punishable violation and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $25. Each day such violation is committed shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereof.
