§ 30.001 CITY GOVERNMENT COMPOSED OF FIVE BRANCHES.
   The government of the city shall consist of five branches, those being:
   (A)   Executive branch (I.C. 36-4-5);
   (B)   Legislative branch (I.C. 36-4-6);
   (C)   Fiscal branch (I.C. 36-4-10);
   (D)   Judicial branch; and
   (E)   Statutory boards and commissions.
