(A) No parking shall be allowed within 15 feet of any corner of an intersection or within ten feet of any curb cut along Main Street in the project area. The curbs of said no parking areas shall be painted yellow.
(B) (1) Three handicap parking spaces shall be designated within the project area on Main Street from Vine Street to Elm Street as follows:
(a) Approximately 200 feet north of the north right-of-way of Elm Street, on the east side of Main Street, approximately in the center of the block;
(b) Between Blackman and Mulberry Streets, approximately 150 feet south of Mulberry Street on the West side of Main Street; and
(c) Approximately 100 feet north of the north right of way of Mulberry Street on the West side of Main Street.
(2) Only vehicles properly licensed or tagged as being entitled to park in a handicap parking space may park in a disabled parking space. A disability handicap accessible sidewalk ramp shall be provided for each parking space. Disability parking spaces shall be marked by appropriate signage, by painting the curb blue and/or other similar markings.
(C) Persons parking a vehicle in violation of this schedule shall be ticketed and the owner fined an amount between $25 for a first offense, $50 for a second offense and $75 for a third and any subsequent offenses, plus Court costs.
