Whenever in this Code, the doing of any act or omission to do any act constitutes a breach of any section or provision of this Code, and there shall be no fine or penalty declared for such breach, any person violating the provision of this Code shall be fined as follows:
(A) Fine Upon Issuance Of Ticket: The fine upon issuance of a ticket shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(B) Court Proceedings: The fine established by the court, upon conviction, shall be not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each occurrence. (Ord. 1452, 8-7-2017)
