The Board of Hospital Directors shall make, on the first of each month, a report to the City Council stating the conditions of their trust, the various sums of money received from the hospital and from all other sources, and how much monies have been expended, and for what purposes and such other information and suggestions as they may deem of general interest.
In the performance of their duties as such Directors, they shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois as they now are in effect or may be hereafter changed, and in accordance with the ordinances or resolutions of the Council as are now in effect or may be hereafter changed or enacted, and all proceedings of said board shall be under the supervision and control of the Commissioner of Public Affairs.
