The Board of Hospital Directors respectively shall hold office for three (3) years from their appointment, and until their successors are appointed and have qualified. Said terms shall be staggered so that three (3) terms expire each year. The Mayor, by and with the consent of the Council, may remove any Director for misconduct or neglect of duty.
