2-3-1: BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
The Board of Directors shall consist of five (5) members who shall hold office for five (5) years from their appointment, and until their successors are appointed and have qualified. The said Directors shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council, on or before July 1st of each year. (Ord. 1442, 3-20-2017)
