3-8-4-6: ENFORCEMENT:

Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per violation, with each sale of each violative ticket to constitute a separate penalty. Any citation under this Chapter shall be in addition to any other citations issued by the City under any and all applicable sections of the City Code. (Ord. 1582, 9-19-2023)
