Administrative hearings conducted by the code hearing department shall be in accordance with the provisions of division 2.2 of article 1 of the Illinois municipal code 1 . All provisions of division 2.2 of article 1 of the Illinois municipal code and any subsequent amendments thereto are expressly ratified and confirmed as the provisions of this chapter as if fully set out at length herein.
