1-15-1: ESTABLISHED; FUNCTION:
The city council hereby adopts division 2.2 of article 1 of the Illinois municipal code and establishes a code hearing department of the city. The function of the code hearing department is to expedite the prosecution and correction of code violations in the manner set forth in division 2.2 of article 1 of the Illinois municipal code 1 . (Ord. 796, 11-1-1999)
