(A) All police officers of the city shall reside within five (5) miles of the geographical center of the city.
(B) Newly hired police officers shall establish their residency within five (5) miles of the city within three (3) months of their date of employment.
(C) City police officers residing outside the corporate limits of the city upon the date of enactment of this section shall not be required to establish residence within five (5) miles of the city. (Ord. 557, 11-2-1992)
