The requirements of this section shall apply to service buildings, recreation buildings and other community service facilities such as:
(A) Management offices, repair shops and storage areas;
(B) Sanitary facilities;
(C) Laundry facilities;
(D) Indoor recreation areas;
(E) Commercial uses supplying essential goods or services for the exclusive use of development occupants. (Ord. 45, 3-19-1973)
