10-3-3: ALLEYS:

All alleys shall be improved with a roadway consisting of not less than eight inches (8") aggregate base course type B (compacted thickness) of the following widths:

(A) Through residence blocks, not less than twelve feet (12').

(B) Through business areas, not less than sixteen feet (16'). (Ord. 868, 11-19-2001)
