(A) Sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications approved and used by the city for sidewalk construction.
(B) Sidewalks shall be constructed in the street right of way with the back of the sidewalk six inches (6") from the property line, unless otherwise directed by the superintendent of public works.
(C) Sidewalks shall have a minimum width of four feet (4') and a thickness of five inches (5").
(D) During development of said subdivision, sidewalks shall be constructed as such lot is developed upon. (Ord. 868, 11-19-2001)
