(A) The owner shall cause to be prepared a building plan and specifications governing the construction of a new building or structure, or part thereof, or to rebuild, structurally alter, add to or relocate any building or structure, or part thereof.
(B) The building plan shall be a scaled drawing with sufficient dimensions and details, accompanied by detailed specification adequate to provide for a complete review for compliance with the building code adopted by the city.
(C) The building plan and specifications shall also state the existing and/or intended use of such building or buildings, and supply such other information as may be required by the building and public safety officer. (Ord. 868, 11-19-2001)
