10-1-6-1: BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
No building permit shall be issued providing for the improvement of any lot, block, parcel or tract of land for multi-family, commercial or industrial use until all requirements of this title have been fulfilled. (Ord. 868, 11-19-2001)
