The purpose and intent for the adoption of the provisions of this title are as follows:
(A) To outline procedures and data required for submittal, review and approval by the city prior to issuance of a building permit by the city.
(B) To provide minimum standards of design for the construction of utilities and other site improvements required for multi- family, commercial and industrial developments.
(C) To coordinate individual developments with other planned developments with consideration given to the city's comprehensive plan, the orderly extension of utilities, the present and future needs of the community for streets, drainage, and other public use and the promotion of favorable conditions to ensure the health, safety and general welfare of all persons living within the territory governed by this title.
(D) To supplement the applicable portions of existing ordinances and codes adopted by the city. (Ord. 868, 11-19-2001)
