In order to cover the costs of examining plans, and other expenses incidental to the approval of a subdivision, the subdivider shall pay the following fees:
$25.00, plus $5.00 per lot, for review and approval of minor subdivision.
$25.00, plus $5.00 per lot, for review and approval of preliminary plan.
$25.00, plus $5.00 per lot, for review and approval of final plat.
