Wherever any subdivision of land shall hereafter be laid out within the incorporated limits of the city, or anywhere within contiguous territory not more than one and one-half (11/2) miles beyond the incorporated limits of the city, the subdivider thereof or his agent shall submit the preliminary plan, final subdivision plat and improvement plans to the planning commission. Said plat and plans and all procedures relating thereto, shall in all respects be in full compliance with the requirements contained in this title. (Ord. 869, 11-5-2001)
