7-2-2: SUPERVISION AND CONTROL:

The hospital hereinabove established, and the board of directors thereof , shall be under the supervision and control of the commissioner of public affairs, and the same is hereby assigned to the department of public affairs. (1968 Code, sec. 17-102)
