(A) Loitering At Night Prohibited: It shall be unlawful to go or remain upon the grounds of the city cemeteries or any burying grounds within the city before sunrise in the morning or after sunset in the evening without permission of the cemetery sexton, or other person in charge of such cemeteries or burying grounds. (B) Shooting Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for a person within the city cemeteries or burying grounds to discharge any firearm, or be found hunting or trespassing, or to trespass upon any grave within the city, or to refuse to obey any lawful order of the city sexton, or any person having charge of any cemetery or burying ground.
