(A) For graveside funeral services or processions commencing before three o'clock (3:00) P.M. on weekdays, the fees for digging graves, backfilling graves, or servicing funerals are hereby fixed in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for adults, two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for children under the age of twelve (12) years, one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for newborns and infants, and one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for cremations.
(B) For graveside funeral services or processions commencing after three o'clock (3:00) P.M. on weekdays, or on Saturdays, or observed city holidays, the fees for digging graves, backfilling graves, or servicing funerals are hereby fixed in the sum of seven hundred dollars ($700.00) for adults, four hundred dollars ($400.00) for children under the age of twelve (12) years, two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for newborns and infants, and three hundred dollars ($300.00) for cremations.
(C) The fee charged for rental of the funeral tent for services is hereby fixed in the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00).
(D) An application to install a new foundation must be submitted to the city prior to installation of a new monument foundation. All new monument foundation installations must be inspected by proper city of Clinton cemetery employees prior to concrete being poured. The fee charge for inspection of a new monument foundation is hereby fixed in the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per foundation request. (Ord. 1402, 12-21-2015)
