4-1-3-1: FOOD AND DRINK:

(A) Unwholesome Food: It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any unwholesome or polluted food or drink of any kind in the city. (1968 Code, sec. 47-101)

(B) Serving Food: Utensils for personal use in all places serving food or drink to the public shall be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized after each such usage. (1968 Code, sec. 47-110)

(C) Common Drinking Cup: It shall be unlawful to maintain any common drinking cup, dipper or other similar utensil, for the use of more than one person in any public hall, theater, store or other place frequented by the public. (1968 Code, sec. 47-109)
