3-12-5: MUSIC AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT:

No live entertainment or sound amplification equipment shall be allowed at any time within the permit area. This provision shall not prohibit ambient background music. For purposes of this provision, "ambient background music" shall mean quiet music that is played at minimal volume such that it is not audible from adjoining property or public rights of way.
