3-11-3: COMPUTATION OF USER RATE:

A city yard waste facility employee will determine the fee based on cubic yards prior to any dumping by a commercial user. The commercial user will acknowledge and agree to the dumping fees prior to dumping landscape yard waste material and will sign an invoice acknowledging the rates to be charged. (Ord. 821, 5-1-2000)
