Every operator must carry automobile liability insurance on each licensed taxicab in the amount of at least two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) minimum bodily injury per person, and two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) minimum bodily injury per accident, and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) minimum property damage per accident and shall name the city of Clinton, Illinois, as an additional named insured. Said insurance must be kept in force at all times, and certificates of all insurance must be kept on file with the city clerk.
