(A) It shall be the duty of the driver of any taxicab to accept as a passenger any person who seeks to so use the taxicab, provided such person is not intoxicated and conducts himself in an orderly manner.
(B) No person shall be admitted to a taxicab then occupied by a passenger without the consent of that passenger.
(C) The driver shall take his passenger to his destination by the most direct available route from the place where the passenger enters the cab. (1968 Code, sec. 42-110)
(D) It shall be unlawful for a passenger to fail or refuse to pay the lawful fare at the termination of a trip. (1968 Code, sec. 42-111)
